DINING

The Laguna Restaurant which enjoys a striking, open-air setting with superb views over the hotel's gardens and ocean beyond has received an extensive make-over. The restaurant retains a contemporary, elegant look whist maintaining the Barbados atmosphere that has made it such a favourite. Impressive centrepieces suspended from the high ceilings and modern screens create an intimate setting in this covered open-air restaurant. Dishes are inspired by local cuisine and include seasonal produce and the freshest ingredients complimented by herbs from the resort's own organic gardens. Healthy dining options are available for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner.

A new Laguna Bar situated in the middle of the restaurant has views over the pool and deck area. Throughout the day, coffee, tea and juices are served here and in the evening it transforms into a sophisticated cocktail bar.

The poolside Sunset Bar & Deck features a swim-up bar serving tropical cocktails and light fare. Here, you can enjoy all-day outdoor dining, specialising in seafood and continental cuisine with weekly theme nights providing fun for the whole family.
